3D printing technologies have once again shown their usefulness. Using a UnionTech 3D printer, experts from YunHanXinCheng (YunHan core city) managed to produce a fully functional temperature gun in just ten days. Similar to the protective shields and respirators, the thermometer was developed in the context of the current Covid-19 pandemic. This handheld non-contact temperature meter is used for prevention and control.
Incredibly, the entire process from the start of the project to the production of the final products on the UnionTech 3D printer took only ten days. It was the smart manufacturing using 3D printing to produce the thermometer's casing that was one of the key elements of its success. At the same time, a flexible production line and a PCBA service based on the use of big data were used.
YunHan's main motto is "Connecting the world of electronics and shared industrial prosperity", which seems to be quite successful so far!
