Product Development Partnership
We offer comprehensive consulting in the development of new products using 3D printing - from the initial analysis and definition of the task, through design and construction processing, to the creation of a functional prototype. We will help you turn your initial idea into a concrete and technically feasible solution that meets market requirements and production possibilities.
Our goal is that the resulting product is not only innovative and of high quality, but also cost-effective and ready for real-world application.
We use state-of-the-art 3D technology in our product development, which makes the entire process faster and more accurate. 3D printing allows us to quickly verify designs, test different variants and efficiently create prototypes and functional parts. 3D scanning allows us to accurately digitise physical objects and then work with them in a CAD environment. Using reverse engineering we can reconstruct existing components, optimize their design or further upgrade them to suit your needs.
In addition to the development itself, we also focus on the optimization of manufacturing processes. In cooperation with you, we design and fine-tune the technological process for series production, including the selection of suitable materials, production technologies and control mechanisms. We approach each project individually - tailoring the scope of services, the work team and the methodology to meet the specific goals and needs of your product.
Consultation
We help companies, development teams and individuals to effectively exploit the potential of 3D printing, 3D scanning and additive technologies. Based on your needs, we will work with you to assess where and how these technologies can add real value - whether in new product development, production optimization or upgrading existing processes.
During your consultation , we will help you select the appropriate technologies, materials and processes. We will show you practical examples of how 3D printing can be deployed in production, design or development and recommend solutions tailored to your industry. We can also advise you on the selection of 3D scanners, data processing and the integration of digitalisation into your environment and processes.
Our goal is for you to get the most out of additive technologies - to improve products, take advantage of 3D printing, innovate faster, shorten development cycles or reduce manufacturing costs. Consultations can be one-off, focused on a specific problem, or long-term, with the aim of developing your team's technological know-how.
Product design and development
We provide complete product development from the first idea to the mass-produced product. We help you create a modern, functional and competitive product - from design and 3D design through construction, material selection and testing to the final prototype. We use the latest CAD/CAM systems, simulation and 3D printing to quickly verify designs and optimize them.
Although additive technologies are our domain and we always work with 3D printing and 3D scanners, we understand that traditional manufacturing technologies have their irreplaceable place as well. In product design and development, we often combine different technologies to ensure the desired product properties and, on the other hand, efficient production.
Thanks to our experience in industrial design, ergonomics and manufacturing processes, we guarantee that the resulting product is not only technically precise but also efficient to manufacture. We focus on innovation, sustainability and long-term functionality of each solution.
Reverse engineering and modelling
We use precise 3D scanning to digitise physical objects and convert them into CAD models with high precision. This technology allows us to reconstruct original components, create improved versions, simplify designs or optimize them for new manufacturing processes such as 3D printing. We also use reverse engineering in cases where documentation is lacking or a design solution needs to be improved.
The result is detailed 3D models ready for modification, printing or production. With our experience in metrology and structural analysis, we can accurately identify deviations and suggest modifications to design and manufacturing processes that will increase part life, accuracy and functionality.
Additive manufacturing
We have production 3D printers installed in our Paarts Additive reference facility. Using 3D printing, we produce prototypes, functional parts and small series very quickly. Additive manufacturing allows us to quickly test designs, reduce costs and tailor production to the customer's exact needs. We work with a wide range of materials - from engineering plastics to composites to metals. We always choose the technology and material with the desired part properties in mind - and select the ideal technology for each project.
3D printing brings exceptional flexibility, eliminating the need for costly molds and reducing development time. As a result, you get a real product in a matter of hours or days and can test its functionality and design immediately.
We offer our 3D printers not only for development, but also for custom manufacturing.
Integration with traditional production
We combine the advantages of modern 3D technologies with proven methods of "classic" production. We help companies take new prototypes from additive manufacturing to mass production - including mould design, jigs and process optimisation. We can design an effective combination of technologies to produce the most accurate, fast and cost-effective results.
This approach ensures a smooth transition from development to real production, without loss of quality or functionality. Our goal is to combine the flexibility of 3D technology with the robustness and efficiency of industrial production.
Development and research with universities
We collaborate with universities and research centres on projects that push the boundaries of technology and design. This collaboration allows us to use the latest knowledge in materials engineering, automation and additive manufacturing. Together, we develop new design principles, test innovative materials, and look for ways to streamline production and improve part performance.
With this combination of academic research and practical experience, we offer our clients access to solutions that are not only state-of-the-art, but also proven in practice. We believe that linking industry and science is the key to sustainable innovation.
