Description

The ZEISS METROTOM 1 is an affordable CT scanner for accurate 3D data capture. Thanks to computed tomography technology, you can scan parts non-destructively and look inside. You can therefore identify hidden defects or measure and analyze internal structures very precisely.

Like other ZEISS 3D scanners, the METROTOM 1 works with the proven ZEISS INSPECT software.

The entire device is designed to be easy to use and the entire scanning process is as automated as possible. This makes the entire scanning and data acquisition very fast. The technology allows scanning of multiple parts simultaneously. In addition, the parts do not need to be prepared in any way before measurement.

The primary purpose of the METROTOM 1 is targeted at applications in the inspection of small to medium-sized plastic parts in small to medium series.
