DyeMansion ASM VX1
Closed industrial system for chemical vaporization of 3D printed polymer parts.
Description of equipment
DyeMansion ASM VX1 is a professional device for chemical vaporization of 3D printed polymer parts, designed for industrial and research applications. The process takes place in a controlled process environment of a closed chamber, where parts are exposed to the vapours of a suitable process medium under precisely controlled conditions. This approach allows a significant improvement in surface quality to be achieved without adversely affecting dimensional accuracy or mechanical properties of the parts.
Chemical vaporization in the ASM VX1 system results in a significant reduction in surface roughness, closure of surface structure and elimination of micropores, thereby improving water resistance, mechanical integrity and overall aesthetics of polymer components. Due to the non-contact nature of the process, the device is also suitable for geometrically complex parts with cavities, fine details or lattice structures and ensures a uniform, repeatable output quality. The ASM VX1 is primarily used in the production of functional and end polymer parts, housings, brackets and assembly components where the emphasis is on consistent surface quality and reliability of the final part.
Supported materials
ASM VX1 is optimized for the most commonly used industrial polymers, especially PA 12, PA 11 and TPU, which dominate powder polymer technology and industrial manufacturing.
The device is designed as a compact, fully enclosed system that ensures safe operation in industrial and academic environments and stable, repeatable process conditions without the need for complex chemical infrastructure.
