Titanium Aluminide (TiAl)

Due to its low density compared to traditional superalloys and its excellent mechanical properties, TiAl is mainly used in the aerospace industry. It is an ideal material for the manufacture of turbine blades, engine parts in the automotive industry and high-stress structural components for the energy industry where a combination of low weight and high heat resistance is required.
