ZEISS Reverse Engineering is a comprehensive tool for reverse engineering.
The software covers the entire reverse engineering process and you will soon master its operation. High precision is standard at ZEISS and you too can easily obtain highly accurate CAD data for any part. The software can handle all shapes - freeform surfaces, geometric and organic shapes.
The software architecture has been guided by 3 basic requirements since the beginning of its development:
- high accuracy - you get corrected surfaces with the highest precision, which is essential for subsequent production.
- useful functions - the software offers useful functions for each stage of reverse engineering, from data preparation to final export of the CAD model
- sophisticated workflow - the software guides you through the entire process of generating a CAD model from scanned data, whether in the form of a polygon mesh or a point cloud

3D scanning accessories
For scanning with GOM and ZEISS scanners, we offer accessories in the form of reference points and, when scanning glossy or transparent objects, also matting sprays.
We offer ATTBLIME matting sprays, which eliminate the need to clean parts after scanning due to sublimation. You can also use the titanium powder solution from Kronos to matte parts for very precise measurements.
We also offer GOM and Messpunkte reference points for scanning with 3D optical scanners.
