Description of the printer

The microArch S150 3D printer represents a new generation of micro 3D printing, bringing industrial-grade precision to a compact desktop solution. Thanks to PµSL technology, it enables the production of extremely detailed polymer parts with a resolution of up to 25 µm.

The 3D printer is designed for applications where extreme precision, fine detail and high surface quality are essential. Surface roughness ranges from 0.4–0.8 µm Ra on top surfaces and 1.5–2.5 µm Ra on side walls, minimising the need for post-processing.

The series comprises two models:

  • microArch S150 – ideal for development, research and precision prototyping
  • microArch S150 Ultra – a higher-productivity version for small-batch production

The Ultra variant achieves speeds of 4–12 seconds per layer, which can mean up to 9 times higher productivity whilst maintaining the same part quality.

Production stability is ensured by a DLC-coated platform, automatic print bed levelling and a resin temperature control system up to 60 °C. The machine also features HEPA13 filtration and UV-C sterilisation of the print chamber, making the 3D printer suitable for laboratory and biomedical environments.
