Description of the printer
TheHP Jet Fusion 3D Printing Solution 4200 consists of a 3D printer, an interchangeable build unit and a process device with fast cooling. Also included is highly intuitive and powerful software with the necessary tools for data preparation and subsequent part production. Specialized software (HP 3D Process Control) can also be purchased for seamless process control to ensure repeatable accuracy, reliability and production stability.
Filling or changing the print material is done automatically in the post-processing facility. The build unit filled with material is then inserted into the 3D printer to start printing.
After printing the parts, you simply move the build unit to the post-processing facility for quick cooling and removal and subsequent reuse of the un-fused material. In the meantime, you can insert a new build unit into the 3D printer and continue printing more parts seamlessly.
