3D printing of metals

We scan small parts at our branches in Prague, Brno or Košice. We will come to scan larger parts on site, all our scanners are mobile.

The scanned model can be used for production quality control, as a basis for 3D modelling (reverse engineering), visualisation, FEA simulation or 3D printing. We provide accurate measurements of moulds, tools, sheet metal and plastic parts, castings, forgings, weldments and other components.

Thanks to modern technologies such as TripleScan or double strip projection, scanning accuracy is from one hundredth of a millimeter and resolution is so high that we can evaluate details such as R 0.2mm curvature.

The output of the scan can be not only a clear PDF report with images, tables or graphs, but also data for Excel or the entire project for the free version of the ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D Free viewer.
